Art Games stimulate the imagination and nurtures creativity. The participants need only to possess the drawing skills of a child. The images we would use are symbols — simply creative visualizations from our mind’s eye.
Play contacts the subconscious by allowing us to go outside of our ordinary selves. Imagination and play are the core of creative art.
Each person takes home their work from the class, but the really valuable thing they take home is the expanded sense of possibility garnered from the experience of exercising their imaginations
What You Will Learn:
• Participants will learn ways of over coming creative blocks
• Participants will learn to make the process the first focus and the finished "product" the second focus as a way of growing their confidence levels
• Participants will learn to enhance individual expression and personal creative vision
• Participants will learn to explore self-editing, stylizing, expression when working from memory or imagination
Who Should Participate:
The participants need no drawing skills beyond those of a child. However, because of the images that usually come out, participants should be at least 18 years old
